Delivery Info

Local orders (SE23, SE26, SE4, SE5, SE15, SE22, SE21)  These will be delivered by Huge & Co Bicycle Couriers from 8am . Delivery charges from £5.

UK-wide orders must be placed must be placed by 4pm on Wednesday. These will be delivered by DHL Express (£25)  

If you think the recipient won't be in on the day, please add in a safe place to leave, pls note courier will often not leave parcel, so you must check tracking for any changes and pls add recipents  phone number on the cart page.

Delivery Information

We deliver bouquets within London for same day delivery on Thursdays, Fridays, and to mainland UK addresses the next day. Cut off for local same day deliveries is 12pm.

Please write any additional delivery information in the notes box on this page. We are a small team and emails are often not seen immediately so please do write all the relevant information on your online order.

Your delivery will arrive with a hand-written message, packaged in a box, and with wet paper around the stems. To help prolong the life of your flowers please place them in cool fresh water on arrival, cut the stems to refresh, wash your vase with a small amount of bleach and rinse it out, then place out of direct sun and away from radiators.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to bouquets that have been left outside of the property due to the recipient not being in at time of delivery. Please provide the phone numbers of both yourself and the recipient in case we cannot gain access to the building. Please let us know a safe place for your flowers to be left.

Local Delivery - Within 1 mile - £5.00
Local Delivery - 1-2 miles - £8.00

Courier Delivery - Between 2-3 miles - £15
Courier Delivery - Between 3-5 miles - £20
Courier Delivery - Between 5-6 miles - £25

DPD Next Day Delivery Before 12pm - 6+ miles - £22
DPD Next Day Delivery Before 10am - 6+ miles - £30

Small objects, cards etc. (under 500g)

DPD Next Day Delivery Anytime - UK flat rate - £8

Local Delivery

All of our local deliveries are booked in with a courier for delivery on Thursday, Friday every week. If you need flowers delivered on a different day, please email orders@yolly.co.uk

DHL Delivery 

All DHL orders are only shipped Monday - Wednesday. 

If you place an order with DHL delivery on Thursday or Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Orders will be booked for collection the day after your order is placed and delivered the following day, therefore please allow 48 hours for delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your order has been collected by DHL. This email will include a tracking number allowing you to see the progress of your delivery. 

Please note: All orders with DHL are delivered the next working day, therefore if you need an order by Saturday we advise ordering on or before Wednesday to receive your order on time.
